I did medical abortion 3 months ago since then 2 period have come. I am going for an ultra sound with my for confirmation (prega test neg) cause doctor said you can still be pregnant while having periods. I can't tell my mother and doctor about pregnancy or abortion. Will an normal ultra sound of uterus will detect I am 4 month pregnant or not?
