Ultrasound for menstrual irregularities

Asked for Female, 27 Years

She missed period first time in Sept, pregnancy negative, TSH & sugar normal, pregnancy was negative, serum prolactin was 50, took Meprate 5 days course, got periods after a week. One week after that got vaginal light periods like bleeding, took trantas MF 3 times 3 days, now for ultrasound only pelvic is required right? Any preparation needed for ultrasound? Will any of these medicines interfere with results? Please help
