Ulcer on womb /Vagina. 2 fail attempts.

My wife delivered a baby through Vaccum after 2 failed attempts ...doctor or Nurse mistake for 2 fail attempts ...3rd success Due to which my wife's Private part has become very loose & my wife says Voice is coming from my private part I took her to a normal nursing hospital...She said nothing to worry My wife kept complaining so i took her to 1 more doctor & she said private part has become very loose ..gave multi vitamin and exercises to do Referred to other doctor...She said she has Ulcer ...no need to do anything now So i went for the 4th doctor she says Need to operate for Ulcer.... Went To 5th for advice ...She says not to operate for ulcer instead operate for Some Vaginal operation ...because it has become very loose & is coming out I am very confused about what to do My wife is so worried too ...& she fears what has happen This is our 1st baby Now yesterday morning she said her vagina has come out Who do i consult and what should i do Please Help me
