Ulcer on his tongue

Asked for Female, 35 Years

Dear dr, My son s five years old. For past two days he s having red spot ulcer on his tongue. If he eat anything he s getting burning sensation. Can I use zytee rb ointment for him..if yes while applying ointment if the child swallow it will it b any harm or not issue.. how to use Plz advice
