Ulcer in Rectum and motion problem.

Hello Sir..My father has ulcer in retum and motion problem since a year. One year back he got issue while passing​ motion and for a week he never had motion then we rush to Ganga ram hospital and after all the test they came to know that he had acute ulcer in rectum and discharged. After a couple of month he got same problem on passing​ the stool then we rushed to mata channan devi hospital and Gastro did biopsy​ and sigmoidoscopy and suggested with question mark that may be he is suffering from Crohn's disease and suggested medication and meanwhile he undergone with a minor surgery of rectal dilatation. But still my father is fighting daily while passing motion and used Eva-Q syrup for releasing motion. He got fisher sugery 28 years back and have sugar problem. Please review sir and sugget.
