Ulcer in foreskin. Male, 23 Hello Sir. The last 3 days I am having an oval ulcer in the inside of my foreskin. It is painless but with occasionally irritation. I havent had any sexual contact since february. However the entire glans penis is normal without any symptoms. Its reddish in appearance with 0.5 mm approx width. Please do help. I wasnt satisfied with the answer as it was very vague.
