Widal test report 13 year old daugh Salmonella typhi O 1:80 dilutions Salmonella typhi H. 1:40 dilutions Salmonella paratyphi AH 1:20 dilutions Salmonella paratyphi Bh. 1:20 dilutions Impression Positive +ve Widal test report is typhoid attack' or not , pls explain and what kind of diet should she follow please . She was having high fever since a week & was on amoxyllin & paracetamol since a week...The fever is low grade now around 100 fahrenheit...Widal test done last evening
