correct diagnosis of typhoid depends on the report of blood culture ... get it done if not done yet ..widal test is not useful n outdated ..
swelling lip edema is may be due to antibiotic reaction ... antiallergic and change of the offending drugs ... proper hydration n multivitamin ll help
