Typhoid Fever
Detected typhoid seven days back after bout of fever and very bad backache for two days (typhidot) was put on a coarse of antibiotics (cefixime 200mg 2tablets morn n night) fever came down in two days. Religiously followed diet restrictions so far. (water, glucose, khichdi n coconut juice) Now sgpt is 40 . Usg of liver is normal. Waiting for Widal test report. What is next? Sacred after reading so much about relapses....
