This is a medical emergency.
It is seen in immunocompromised patients wer they naturally have neutropenia..
U need to get CT scan done...and start on antibiotics..
But conservative therapy shows reccurance
Go for a gastroenterologist...he ll help u.
As this is a medical emergency u need to consult a gastroenterologist soon or els u end up with severe bowel infection
