I think you are a type 1 Diabetic considering you are taking 2 insulin injections. There is a whole lot of confusion about Diabetes. You need to understand that with a healthy lifestyle and good diet management you can lead a wonderful and productive life without any complications. There are sacrifices in terms of dietary restrictions but if follow them you will be fine dont worry.
