Yes there can be a bicornuate uterus which is partially divided uterus by a septum in between. Or else uterus didelphys which is two cavities in the uteru completely separated by a septum. In both these cases at time early abortions can occur. If and when she plans pregnancy, she must consult a gynaecologist as soon as she's pregnant for extra supportive medicines
