Continue Pantop DSR and antacid syrup. Dont eat spicy food. Eat only small meals amount. Take ATT in morning . If still not releived , then book a consultation.

Take antacids and go for stomach endoscopy to rule out gastritis or ulcer. Gastric disturbances will be there. But for cough it must be allergic. Try share recent CXR. Take online consultation for further management
