Two menstrual within a month

Asked for Female, 21 Years

Doctor I had sexual intercoarse with my wife on 26feb after 10minutes of intercoarse she took a pill of unwanted 72 after 10minutes of taking that pill we again had sex once. After some days on 3march she had her periods till 8march and within the same month she again had periods on15march, why is it happening is there something to worry about or it's just because of menstrual disturbance
