Hi i am 22 year old female for past four years i am facing twitching in muscles it lasts for few seconds it happens randomly i consulted a doctor on 2021 and done enmg test and mri of spine i am attaching reports below what is my diagnosis?i am still getting the twitches and recently for back pain i had electrotheraphy and it made my symptoms worse i am worried a lot is it ALS
