I did a pregnancy test on the day of my missed period and it came positive. Now when i got done a TVS ultrasound they say that it is too early to say and there is only a tiny dot/sac. What could be the reason?

It's takes at least 5 weeks from last period date to see anything on the sonography. Please wait.
