This is my TVS report ... Is it normal, can I conceive ... I am prescribed with letrozol 2.5 mg. Also I took regesterone for 7 days to induce periods .Please give ur opinion

It looks normal dear. However, Also mention the day of menstral cycle on which this scan was taken as endometrial thickness is different on different days of periods in normal people

Use I know kit for detection of ovulation and timed intercourses from day 10 onwards every alternate day With morning sample fasting urine . If Positive then joining with husband for 3 consecutive nights in women down position with two pillows bellow your buttocks

Scan report is normal - letrozole is Ovulation induction drug . Yes you can conceive naturally until and unless ur tubes are patent and open
