Tvs pelvic ultrasound report

Asked for Female, 32 Years

My report show my ovaries are bulky with ovarian stroma echogenic and many tiny follicles seen largest follicle is 1.1 ×1.1 cm And 0.9 ×0.9cm in both ovaries and in comments its written that bilateral morphology of polycystic ovaries kindly explain me about my report plz and i want to get pragnant as soon as possible plz help me doctor and dr uzma imran sugest me hsg test also
