Tumor of salivary gland

Asked for Male, 59 Years

The pboblem arose 3 months back when we found out a protrusion on the left side of the face. Later came to know that its a salivary gland tumor. Initial investigations included FNAC,ultrasound and antibiotics thinking its an infection..later on we had got done an MRI also which clearly showed its a salivary gland tumor. I am confused about from where should i get done the surgery..best possible and best doctor who can look into the problem and let us know the exact solution.
