hi cosult your gynaec who will examine to see that thete is no mass ,hernia etc. willcheck that you are not obese.if nothing other than post pregnancy would advise you to go to gym for anterior abdominal strengthening combined with few laps of swimming combined with nutrotious balanced diet.
