Tubular Endometrial Cavity
I am trying to conceive for last 1.5 years. My HSG results came back stating tubular endometrial cavity, displaced towards right. No filling defect seen. A tiny linear contrast opacified projection is extending from the convex superior portion of endometrial cavity which may represent proximal right fallopian tube.Rest of the endometrial cavity is not opacified. Is there any possibility to get pregnant, any treatment that I can opt, please help

Consider IVF soon as you have been trying more than 1 year and also your age is above 30 years. Chances by natural conception are low.
