Hi ! When on TB treatment patient needs to be in a clean green environment , take protein rich diet to build up immunity to fight the disease. Egg is a very rich source of protein . Also fresh vegetables and fruits . If there is vomiting following intake of TB medicines , it definitely needs to be monitored properly and closely .he needs to be started on tab. Pantoprazole and tab. Ondensetron , which is antiemetic . If however , there is persistent vomiting , then get a liver function test done . Because sometimes TB drugs can cause hepatotoxicity, which can manifest as vomiting, abdominal pain / jaundice , in which case the drugs will need to be modified.
