Tuberculosis suspected

Question

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I have swelling in my left axillary region(armpit) since 2 months. Also there are soft tissues with pus. FNAC suggested "Granulomatous lymphadenitis" and AFB cytology test indicated tubercular etiology. How severe is this TB infection and how many months would it take to recover completely. Would the lump go by antibiotics?
