Recently i have got Anal Fistula surgery and before surgery i have been went through major surgical profile along with Mantoux test and TB Quantiferon Gold test.
In Mantoux test after 48 hours nothing came at that place, but when i went for check up on same he twisted the skin and pressed and i have got pain and small bump over there and in TB Quantiferon Gold test it said positive with 9.8%. which doctor i need to consult for this issue?
