My sister is 14 years old and under ATT from 1.5 months... Having abdomen pain and vomiting and bodyache... Lft reports shows Sgot 52 sgpt 88 and Alkaline Phosphate 188.... Pls advice and suggest treatment....

ATT treatments are known to disturb liver enzymes and hence high LFT. It's a secondary effect of medicines. So pain in a Roman and vomiting is due to same.
Next Steps
1) pl visit your respective Doctor just in case if he wants to revise on any doses looking at patients age, progress and weight. 2) pl also do regular screening with CT scan etc...as progress of Tuberculosis is quite common if drug resistant TB.

oral rehydration with electrolytes will help. soft diet to follow.
