My brother's CT scans show Centrilobular ground glass attenuation and subcentimetric mediastinal lymph nodes. His sputum test for tuberculosis return negative all 7 times we got them done. The doctor however, based on his symptoms is treating him for tuberculosis. I'm concerned if this is intact the correct treatment or not. Kindly suggest I'd I need to seek a second opinion.
P. S. My brother is 21 years old. His chest x rays returned normal as well.
