For tuberculosis only DOTS regimen and guidelines are ideal & clinically TB is said to be negative only if DOTS centre certifies it after proper evaluations.
So make sure you are negative otherwise this may show recurrence which is fairly common in india.
You didn't mentioned which type of TB you have and also not following ideal treatment guidelines that is the main concern for me.
Alcohol consumption is always injurious to health so avoid it.
