Lung scar due to past TB are disqualifying me in GAMCA Medical tests X-Ray . Infact of being completely fit , so please if there is any cure of the lung scars , or if we can remove it by medicines so that it doesnt repeatedly com in X-Ray please suggest medicines or chechups accordingly.

No need for further management. Scar tissue is no need remove. Removal have lot of complication and possible scar after that too.
