I hv been teaching a child from 3 month he is 3.5 year old his dad is suffering from tb wich i gt 2 know recently and this child skin test had been done few days ago red rash without swelling has appear on the area where d injection had been given.I wnt to know if this kid has tb or not.or dis tb is contagious?becuz i teach other children 2

Childhood TB,which this child does NOT seem to have,given the negative skin test,is NOT contagious,unless it's an open case.
The child needs to be on prophylactic treatment,though.
