The Tb  treatment is minimum  6 months. Does your father is having Diabetes. Normally there will be increase in appetite and weight, after Tb treatment. However He must take good, Nutritious  diet.Automarically, he will gain weight. Pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
