At least one the information suggestive of pulmonary tuberculosis. If you have any doubt go for sputam culture . Other wise start anti tuberculosis treatment . According latest guidelines even one sputam sample positive for AFB is enough to diagnose pulmonary tuberculosis.

If AFB is detected then you are having tuberculosis and you should start anti-tuberculosis medicines as soon as possible.
Consult a pulmonologist in person for further evaluation and management.
