If fever is not subsiding, then we have to think in different way..Take a consultation with Pulmonologist for better evaluation and treatment

Only mild,fever will be there,in the evenings commonly. Fever stops with in 3 weeks.what is the need for becoming sad.you are not having any incurable cancer.Tb is completely curable.
