Hi Doctors.. I have undergone test of TSH for first time on sunday. My TSH level is 33.54 . I dont have any symptoms only hair fall last month. Now I dont have hair fall also. Why I cant understand , my tsh level is high. How is that possible it shows 33.54 at first time test only

Yes it's possible. You have overt primary hypothyroidism. Need to start medications based on your weight and comorbidities.. Don't worry..Tsh wil come down to normal in a couple of weeks

Not sure if you had covid. I would suggest to repeat with TPO antibodies. Though at such high levels. I would start treatment
