TSH level and recurring symptoms

Asked for Female, 19 Years

Hello my ultrasensitive tsh level is 5.11 (0.3-4.3 range) and and total t4 levels are 5.5 (below range of 5.9-12.2). I am having constant symptoms of weight gain and muscle pain, especially in the left shoulder. I am unable to lose any weight as well. What kind of treatment do I need?
