Now am using thyronorm 100mg daily.and am carrying 7week child. Is Any problem to child with this dose.

41 is very high. When was tsh done? You need to take opinion of endocrinologist and repeat the tsh level. Abnormal thyroid profile can cause problems in baby's brain development.
