Tsh 3.19 in pregnency

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I am 28 weeks pregnant and my TSh level shows as 3.19, do I need to start any thyroid medication or is it normal? I am using iron, calcium,ecosprin tablets and daily one clexane 40mg due to LA and ANA positive Please suggest required treatment..
