TSH 0.46 in pregnancy
Hello doctor I am 26 weeks pregnant. Currently on thyronom 125 mcg daily. My recent TSH is 0.46 Should I decrease my current dosage? Before pregnancy i am on 100 mcg daily. Post pregnancy confirmation it is increased to 125 mcg.

During pregnancy the dose of thyroxine is increased by 30-50 % from pre pregnancy dose . You continue same dose 125 mcg and repeat TSH, T4 , FT4 after 6 weeks
