Trying to get pregnant

Asked for Female, 34 Years

I've had all the pre-pregnancy symptoms since Jul 9th. We had foreplay today & I orgasmed. I'm a day or so late on my period so we're hopeful that I'm pregnant. Except since our time today I've spotted when wiping in the bathroom. Home pregnancy test comes back negative. Is there still a chance I'm pregnant?
