Trying to get pregnant

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Hi I have irregular periods and we are trying to conceive but no luck. Lately I have been feeling tired so just wondering if I have some other health issues or is it coz of irregular periods. My cycle is 40-45 days and that to it is very scanty also lasts for at least two weeks. Need your earnest help in this regard please. Thanks.
