Trying to get pregnant. Or medicines?

As per the follicular imaging,  had dominant follicle in left ovary on 11th day. Then hcg injection 10000 was given to me. Doc asked to be in physical relationship for next few days. After 3 days follicular scan was done follicle has been ruptured. Doctor asked me to take susten 400 mg for next 10 days. Also for 6 months I am on folic acid tablets. Today is my 22/23rd day of periods. Cycle is of 26 days. I am supposed to get my normal periods in 4 days. Now since 2 days I am having cramps, backache, abdominal pain, tiredness like during periods and very light dizziness and taste change. No vaginal discharge as such. I never had cramps or pain without periods(except sometimes digestion problems). Is it normal or side effects of injection or medicines? its too soon to take test.  What could be the reason..
