Trying to conceive with cutting condom

Asked for Female, 30 Years

My husband experienced intense pain while doing sex without condom. now we want to have baby . but he dont want to do sex without condom as its painful.we had sex while cutting tip of condom. can i conceive by that.? can this method works as i want to get pregnant .
