My Endometrium is 15.6 and size of the follicle has reduced to 12*11 mm with irregular walls and hyperechoic contents within.
Has this follicle ruptured or there is haemmorrage within follicle?

This looks like the follicle is ruptured, but I'd you want to know definitely you check serum progesterone levels. For better assessment follicular monitoring from d2 is better.
