I have been planning to conceive from last 1 year. Now my doctor asked for ultrasound. I have received this report. Kindly tell me is it normal?

Report is normal but other factors also should be normal like all hormones level needed for fertility,egg maturation and rupture then endometrial thickening.Husband semen analysis also should be optimum.
