Trying to conceive
Hi, I am married and we are trying to conceive from last 2 months. I am late for my periods by 5 days and did 2 pregnancy tests but both came negative. I don't think so that I am experiencing any early pregnancy symptoms either. So I am slightly worried what happened to my periods? I don't have PCO and have been very regular with my cycle ( approximately 28 days) and have never taken birth control pills either. Please help.

Achieving pregnancy is not one one-sided issue both husband and wife should be healthy there should be no hormonal issues in both of them for females regular period normal quantity and quality of menstrual blood normal egg release are necessary in the same way for males normal semen count is needed

if above mentioned parameters are normal then utilising the fertility period for conceiving will help in attaining pregnancy normally and naturally you have to be patient and remove any kind of anxieties always remember pregnancy is a natural process any kind of mental stress is going to delay it so you need to be always optimistic and never take stress mentally
