Trying to coceive. Defect. i am worried!

Hello..i am trying to conceive from last 2 year..before 7 month i coneived but unfortunately i had miscarriage after 6 week so doctor advised me to not to try for next 3 months..so for last 3 monts i am trying again and currently am going through follicular monitoring..in this cycle doc gave me letroz for 5 days and today is my 11th day my rt ovary follicles size is 22.5*18 mm and lft ovary follicles size is 16*14 mm and 14*15 mm and et is 5.8 mm..currently i am taking obimet sr 500, loprin 75 and b long f and today doc gave me pregynova 2mg for 1 month .i have read at many places that  letroz leads to multiple pregnency and child birth defect..i am worried regarding this as multiple follicles are showing in my test..pls help me out...thanks
