Trying to 2nd baby

Hi doctor. Iam 31 years old. My first baby 5 years old. Am trying to 2nd baby but still result is negative. Coz my right side tube is blocked. So I did laproscopy operation 5 months ago. Now m started treatment. This month doctor give clomied 100mg for 5 days and 5th and 7th day hcg 50000mg injection. Today 14 day scan report is endometrial thickness is 0.70cm and left ovary follicle size is 1.83cm. So doctor said again 16th day scan. Is it good positive report for me or not. Pls tell me.
