Trying for pregnancy

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Taking progesterone tablet for past 4 days + hormone tablet. Did a follicular scan 15th day and shows follicles ruptured. Doctor suggested to be together. Yesterday night and today afternoon noticed bleeding from nose but it stopped in few minutes after keeping ice cubes. Do know the reason for the bleeding, will it be anything to do with pregnancy?
