Trying for pregnancy

Asked for Female, 33 Years

Hi, I have PCOS(shown in TVS), hormone profile is ok-TSH,PRL, Insulin, AMH=6.28 Cycle is 32-35d, normal flow, husband semen analysis is normal. After trying naturally for 6mo, this cycle tried with siphene 100mg once a day. On 13d, R.O- 16mm, L.O-20mm. Doc gave HCG 5000 IU on the same day. ET was 12.9mm. 15d scan showed follicle in LO ruptured & the one in R.O was 19mm. Also took duphaston 10mg twice a day from d16 to d26. We had intercourse daily from d13 to d17. Still got period on d31. Initially got brown bleeding (happened 1st time for me) which turned red later. Are the reports normal, if yes whats the reason for not conceiving. I'm also taking metmorfin-250mg, evion, blongF.

Conceiving is not a sure shot I recommend you to try this for 2 more cycle if not concieving u should get evaluated for any uterine causes and further evaluation should be done and don't get demotivated in these processes it might require time and effort to concieve
