Trying for pregnancy

Asked for Female, 32 Years

Hello my AMH is 4.01. My left ovary was ruptured with the size of 20mm on day 14th as follicular study shows. On day 17th i have mild cramps in lower abdomen. I have unprotected intercourse continuously between day 11 to day 17. I want to know why am i having these cramps? Is this a good sign?
