Try to conceive (Blood Group B-)
Hi Doctor My Blood Group is B- and now We are planning for Baby after1.5 years of Marriage. I have been pregnant but I got very early Miscarriage and get anti d injection after 2 month when my doctor came to know My blood group is negative not in 72 hours ( I got bleeding problem after miscarriage and consult to Doctor). So please tell me should we first consult to doctor then Try to conceive.

If the miscarriage was before 12 week s then should not be an issue but still u should consult a gynaecologist and get your coomb’s test done to know the status of antibodies. Then u can plan accordingly.

If your miscarriage happened at less than 12 weeks, not having Anti D within 72 hrs may not be an issue. It is good to consult a doctor for a detailed history of yourself prior to planning pregnancy. It will help you

Do Indirect coombs test to know Antibodies titre.  And consult Gynecologist in person with result.
